Austin Street Lots Redevelopment

The Project Site is comprised of discrete City of Boston Assessing Parcel Nos. 0203964000 and 0203963050, currently containing two surface parking lots. The project consists of four mixed-use buildings containing approximately 700 residential units, artist live/work space, gallery space, commercial space, indoor recreational space, and early childhood education space within approximately 900,000 square feet of building space, together with a public plaza and playing fields, approximately 245 off-street parking spaces, and related site and public realm improvements.
